2. Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and reachable. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or the location was inaccessible, we cannot be held responsible.
If a customer fails to receive products twice or provides a wrong address, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend COD option for future orders.
- Request advance payment or charge a delivery fee before processing future deliveries.
(Note: Currently, our website only offers Cash on Delivery.)
3. Returns & Refunds
Perishable items (like mushrooms or fresh produce) cannot be returned unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order — with a photo or video as proof.
Refunds (if approved) will be provided to the original payment method.
If that is not possible, we will refund you via bKash, Nagad, or another suitable option.
4. Refund Policy & Misuse Prevention
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, based on:
- Evidence provided (photo/video)
- Product type
- Time of complaint
- Past customer behavior
We do not approve refunds in the following situations:
- Claiming the product was damaged without evidence
- Requesting a refund after using or opening the product
- Complaints like:
- “The taste is not good” (unless it’s bad or spoiled)
- “I changed my mind”
- “My family didn’t like it”
- Reporting issues after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor natural variations in size, color, or packaging
- Mishandling after delivery (e.g., storing mushrooms improperly)
For sealed items (like masalas, oils, packaged goods):
- Tampering or replacing the contents will be considered fraud
We maintain the right to refuse service or blacklist users who repeatedly:
- File false complaints
- Misuse COD
- Try to deceive or manipulate our refund process
5. Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, actual products may slightly vary due to packaging, sourcing, or availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
